Half a small Jap pumpkin with skin off cubed
2 cloves garlic
2cm peeled ginger
1 brown onion
150mL coconut cream
Place garlic, ginger and onion in the TM and chop speed 6 for 3 seconds.
Put in the pumpkin and chop speed 6 for 5 seconds.
Add broth (ensure it doesn't go over the maximum level in the TM bowl).
Cook for 15 mins at Varoma temperature on speed 2.
When cooked, blend at speed 9 for 1 minute. Make sure you remove the measure cup before taking the lid off.
Add in coconut cream and mix through speed 4 for 5 seconds.
Sprinkle some mineral salt on top.
