I can't explain how excited I was to have the opportunity to present an information session with someone who has been an inspiring part of my personal journey to wellness.
Dr Brett Hill is a co-founder of The Wellness Couch, a co-host of Australia's number one health podcast "The Wellness Guys" as well as "That Paleo Show." He's a chiropractor, author and wellness coaches' coach.
Dr Brett has authored the popular book "How To Eat an Elephant." He has loads of simple tips and is a widely respected authority on living a paleo lifestyle. He shared a lot of information about how to break down wellness goals into bite sized chunks.
Together we had great feedback and motivated and inspired a full-house at the Penguin District Community Learning Centre to learn more about taking steps towards a healthier and happy life.
