Not sure if this is a good vision to have, but for my other child (my husband!!) using a little imagination can be a fun way to get the family around the table to eat a healthy dinner.
The green body is mashed broccoli and cauliflower chopped and cooked in the Thermomix for 10 mins and pureed with a little butter. The red "frog guts" are made up of cooked minced beef, bone broth chopped onion and garlic, turmeric with raw grated carrot and beetroot.
The combination was great, packed with flavours and different, interesting textures.
What could we use for eyes?
